In less than a year, I led the team that created a new brand positioning to stand out in the market from overly-powered competitors, built new website to reflect new marketing messaging, updated franchisee opportunities program development, developed a social strategy calendar, redesigned brand standards style guide including new portfolio of food photography, produced new in-store signage collateral as well as updated seasonal promotional calendar sales events.

The easy part for me was moving massive amounts of chicken for the client. The harder part was convincing them to see the opportunity to change their business model with longer hours. But it all went exceedingly well. And got noticed in the press and on the bottom line. (In fact, just one promo spot single-handedly reversed six months of negative sales trajectory.)
